The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a company specialized in the distribution of electrical and lighting equipment, located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, which is looking to hire a Lighting Commercial Coordinator to lead and develop this business area.

The person will join a consolidated commercial team and will be responsible for coordinating a Sales Technician and an Inside Sales profile, ensuring the correct follow-up of commercial activity and the development of the client portfolio.

Coordinate the lighting area team, providing support in client management, opportunity detection, and business follow-up, combining people coordination with a clear commercial orientation.

What you'll do

Coordinate and provide support to a Sales Technician and an Inside Sales profile.
Perform follow-up of the team's commercial activity, objectives, and opportunities.
Maintain and develop the lighting area client portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities within the distribution channel.
Provide support to the team in commercial proposals, negotiation, and client follow-up.
Maintain a close relationship with clients and suppliers in the sector.
Detect market needs and propose actions to boost sales.
Ensure coordination between the commercial team, clients, and internal departments.

How you'll work

Location: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
Area of operation: mainly Barcelona and surroundings.
Team to coordinate: 1 Sales Technician + 1 Inside Sales.
Work modality: position with a coordination and commercial management component, combining the development of the existing portfolio and the acquisition of new opportunities.
