HR Manager

• University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or similar.
• Consolidated experience in generalist and responsibility positions within the HR area.
• Solid knowledge of labor legislation, labor relations, compliance, and internal policy management.
• Experience working with works councils and the legal representation of workers.
• Analytical capacity to work with indicators, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Minimum level of B2 English to be able to communicate in international environments.
• Profile with leadership, independent judgment, capacity for influence, and orientation towards continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is valued.

At Paul Marlex, we are looking for an HR Manager to join an industrial company in the midst of a growth and transformation process, belonging to an international group, located between the Maresme and Vallès areas.

We are looking for a person with a generalist vision of Human Resources, capable of leading the people function at a local level, accompanying the evolution of the organization, and actively contributing to the implementation of strategic projects regarding people management.

Reporting directly to General Management and working in coordination with the group's HR team, the selected person will be responsible for leading the company's comprehensive Human Resources management.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the HR strategy at a local level, aligning it with the group's corporate guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and act as an internal reference regarding labor relations and compliance.
• Drive projects linked to equality, digital disconnection, internal protocols, and other initiatives related to the labor and organizational field.
• Develop and improve employee experience processes, onboarding and integration of new hires, performance evaluation, and people development.
• Manage selection, training, development, and internal mobility processes.
• Maintain the relationship with the legal representation of workers and participate in negotiations and meetings with different social interlocutors.
• Accompany and advise managers and management in people management and in decision-making related to HR.
• Analyze indicators, prepare reporting, and propose improvement actions oriented towards organizational efficiency.
• Lead transformation and professionalization projects for the Human Resources area.
