IT Technician

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the food sector that is currently looking to hire an IT Technician.

• Technical support for users: Microsoft ERP, ticketing system,...

• Support with machinery, scales, labeling machines, etc.

• Coordination with the systems and R&D department.

• Supervision and resolution of IT incidents.

• You will be the key link between the technical office and the plant, ensuring that technology is not a hindrance, but an ally.

• Vocational training (FP) in IT and knowledge of systems, hardware, and technical support.

• A strong willingness to learn and get involved.

• We are looking for someone empathetic towards non-technical users, who enjoys helping and finding solutions, and who has

motivation to work as part of a collaborative team.

• Location: preferably Manresa or surrounding areas.

• Experience in industrial environments (highly valued).

• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday:

o Sunday: morning shift (e.g., from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.), on-site at the plant

o Monday to Thursday: approximately from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (flexible, adaptable)

Important: availability to adapt to shift changes as needed.

We are looking for a technical person with general IT knowledge and the ability to provide on-site support to the plant teams, assisting with:

• Assistència tècnica a usuaris: ERP Microsoft, sistema ticketing,...

• Suport en temes de maquinària, bàscules, etiquetadores, etc.

• Coordinació amb el departament de sistemes i I+D.

• Supervisió i resolució d'incidències informàtiques.

• Seràs la peça clau entre oficina tècnica i planta, assegurant que la tecnologia no sigui un fre, sinó un aliat.

• Formació d'FP i coneixements en sistemes, hardware i suport tècnic.

• Moltes ganes d'aprendre i implicar-te.

• Pensem en una persona amb empatia cap als usuaris no tècnics, que gaudeixi ajudant i trobant solucions i amb

motivació per treballar en equip de manera col·laborativa.

• Proximitat geogràfica: preferentment Manresa o rodalies.

• Experiència en entorns industrials (molt valorable).

• Formar part d'una empresa consolidada y referent en el seu sector.

• Lloc de treball estable i amb projecció de futur i nous aprenentatges.

• Horari de diumenge a dijous:

o Diumenge: horari de matí (ex. de 6 a 14 h), presencial a planta

o Dilluns a dijous: aproximadament de 8 a 16:30 h (adaptable)
