Commercial Technician - Facility Services

• You hold a higher education degree.
• You bring at least 2 years of previous experience as a salesperson in the facility services sector (experience from this field is an indispensable requirement, as applications from other sectors will not be valued).
• You have demonstrable experience in managing CRM tools.
• You possess strong commercial and communication skills.
• You are a person accustomed to working towards objectives.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a major leading company in the Facility Services sector in the midst of an expansion process, which is currently looking to reinforce its commercial team in the area.

What will your mission be? You will be responsible for the sale of services to assigned clients, providing an effective technical interface between clients and service managers. Your main objective will be to develop potential technical specifications, define pricing considerations, and ensure contract requirements to drive the business.

• Lead the relationship with potential public and private clients in your area (identification of contacts, presentation of services, prospecting, follow-up of the bidding process, presentation, defense, and negotiation).
• Rigorously register all commercial actions (contacts, tasks, opportunities, offers, etc.) in the CRM.
• Lead cross-selling (cross-selling) oriented towards active clients.
• Manage assistance and active participation in networking activities (collaborating entities, fairs, events, etc.).
• Seek possible partners to establish alliances (agreements, UTEs, etc.) in your area to participate in projects that cannot be undertaken unilaterally.
• Lead the kick-off meetings for services.
• Coordinate the review, negotiation, and signing of contracts after the award of services and before their start.
• Obtain key information (levers) regarding business opportunities upon which the client will decide future awards (status of the service and the competition, expectations and requirements of potential clients, etc.).
• Identify potential new collaborators, events, and sponsorship options in which to participate to promote the brand image.
