Requirements

What we're looking for

Basic knowledge of how a construction site operates and the different execution phases.
Ability to visually identify incidents and describe them clearly.
Basic IT knowledge and mobile phone proficiency to take photographs and send reports.
B driving license and availability to travel to sites, if necessary.

Nice to have

Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or installations will be valued.

The role

Are you passionate about on-site work and looking for a project where your technical leadership is key? Do you have experience supervising construction sites?

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the sector in the TORTOSA area. We are looking for a professional to lead site supervision. Your mission will be the integral "in situ" management of the site, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines.

What you'll do

Perform periodic site visits to supervise its evolution and general state.
Take photographic reports of the different execution phases of the works.
Prepare monitoring reports with photographs and observations regarding the state of the site.
Communicate any incidents detected during visits to the corresponding managers.
Perform visual monitoring of the executed works and their evolution.
Visually verify that the works are being carried out according to the instructions received.
Maintain fluid communication with site managers and report any relevant deviations or incidents.
Organize and update photographic documentation and monitoring reports.

How you'll work

Working day from 8:00 h to 17:00 h.
Position oriented towards the visual monitoring of sites, the taking of photographic reports, and the preparation of reports.
Profiles with practical construction knowledge will be especially valued, even if they do not hold a specific technical degree.

Autonomy to carry out visits and reporting.
Good communication skills and the ability to convey incidents.
