The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with a company in the industrial sector linked to the storage and distribution of plastic products that is looking for a person to join their staff directly as an order management administrator.

We are looking for a responsible, dynamic, and decisive person, with organizational capacity, agility in learning, and customer orientation, to manage the complete order cycle, from reception to final delivery.

What you'll do

Tasks

Reception, management, and entry of customer orders into the computer system.
Coordination with transport providers to organize shipments and deliveries.
Monitoring of material availability in coordination with the purchasing department.
Planning and coordination of delivery deadlines with customers.
Coordination with the warehouse manager to manage product handling needs and manufacturing orders.
Monitoring of orders throughout the entire process, from reception to delivery to the customer.
Resolution and follow-up of incidents related to transport, deliveries, or possible errors in orders.
Constant communication with the different departments involved to guarantee the correct development of the entire process.

How you'll work

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
Schedule from Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 7:00 to 15:00.
