We are looking for someone who has experience in the logistics sector and who is multiskilled and adaptable to different tasks within the department.

The role
At IMAN Temporing we are looking for an administrative logistics/multiskilled profile to manage both national and international shipments, and to manage machinery packaging with external companies.
What you'll do
In addition, they will be responsible for managing the spare parts requested by our clients.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have to combine logistical tasks with administrative activities, including:
Organization of machinery packaging and logistics.
Coordination of international and national shipments.
Management of spare parts requested by clients.
Planning and organization for client visits, including hotel and taxi reservations.
Support to the accounting and invoicing department.
