At Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated company in the food sector, in the search for a Junior Administrative Assistant with English to join immediately and become part of the Administration team.

We are looking for a person with a desire to learn, a positive attitude, and motivation to develop professionally, providing support to the Customer Service and Procurement areas, with the objective of growing and becoming a key support figure for both departments.

• Provide administrative support to the Customer Service and Procurement departments.
• Manage documentation, orders, and the monitoring of internal processes.
• Maintain contact with both national and international customers and suppliers.
• Perform monitoring and updating tasks for databases and administrative records.
• Collaborate in the management of incidents and inquiries related to customers and suppliers.
• Participate in the coordination and support of the daily operations of both departments.
• Learn and progressively assume new responsibilities within the organization.
