What we're looking for

Minimum education of High School, Vocational Training, or at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in customer service and administrative management, preferably related to orders, incidents, or sales support.
Experience working with SAP.
Proficiency in office tools, especially word processors and spreadsheets.
Experience or training in telephone customer service.
Good communication, organisational, and client-oriented skills.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate tasks with different departments.

At Marlex People, we are selecting 2 Customer Service Administrators to join a major company in the healthcare sector located in Móstoles (Madrid).

If you have experience in administrative management, customer service, and order processing, and you are looking for an opportunity to develop your professional career in a growing company, this could be your opportunity!

What you'll do

Manage and coordinate customer orders, both direct and processed through the sales team, ensuring compliance with service standards.
Monitor delivery deadlines and coordinate with the Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, and Technical Service departments to ensure the correct development of orders.
Handle and manage complaints and incidents, performing the necessary follow-up until their resolution.
Act as a liaison between the assigned sales representatives and the different departments of the company, guaranteeing fluid communication and quality service.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, facilitating the information and resources necessary for the development of their activity.
Handle telephone inquiries from customers and sales representatives, offering close and efficient service.
