What you'll do

Main responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the hotel's occupational risk prevention (PRL), ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Coordinate mandatory training on safety, occupational health, and emergencies for employees.
  • Plan and carry out follow-up on risk assessments and preventive measures across all departments.
  • Keep updated documentation of the Prevention Plan, safety protocols, and mandatory records.
  • Support safety inspections, control personal protective equipment (PPE), and monitor working conditions.
  • Follow up on workplace accident investigations.
  • Manage preventive coordination with external companies, contractors, and temporary employment agency (ETT) staff.
  • Organize meetings of the Safety and Health Committee, emergency drills, and self-protection programs.
  • Supervise the management of chemical products, first aid kits, defibrillators, and emergency resources.
  • Manage processes related to health surveillance, maternity protection, and particularly sensitive personnel.
  • Act as a preventive resource during high-risk activities and supervise critical procedures.
  • Collaborate on internal and external audits, as well as inspections by the Labour Authority.

Requirements
