Job Mission

As an Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing the daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring exceptional service that aligns with the brand's quality and luxury standards, and maximizing guest satisfaction.

What will you have to do?

  • Supervise and coordinate the bar team during service.
  • Ensure compliance with the hotel's quality, service, and presentation standards.
  • Organize shifts, assign tasks, and support the team during peak periods.
  • Ensure a high-level dining and service experience for guests.
  • Manage incidents and handle special guest requests.
  • Control the proper use of materials, stock, and equipment in the outlet.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bars, and other operational departments.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Department Head, or similar role, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Solid knowledge of bar service.

  • Proactive, professional, and results-driven attitude.
