The role

Job Mission:

We are looking for a Luggage Porter with a vocation for service, attention to detail, and an attitude always oriented towards offering a warm welcome. You will be one of the guest's first impressions upon arrival and a key support throughout their stay, contributing to them enjoying an exceptional experience at our hotel.

What you'll do

What will you have to do?

Provide personalized attention, anticipating guests' needs and desires.
Advise on activities, gastronomy, culture, and must-see places in the city.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth experience.
Resolve incidents with agility, always seeking maximum guest satisfaction.
