The role
INNSiDE by Meliá Alcudia is a design hotel located just steps away from the spectacular Alcudia beach. With a fresh, relaxed, and Mediterranean atmosphere, it offers experiences that combine healthy gastronomy, well-being, and connection with the surroundings.
To guarantee the correct functioning and maintenance of the hotel facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and a rapid resolution of incidents to contribute to guest satisfaction.
What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the hotel facilities and rooms.

Detect and resolve technical incidents in an agile and effective manner.

Supervise electricity, plumbing, and HVAC installations, proposing improvements when necessary.

Perform the maintenance and control of swimming pools and other aquatic facilities, guaranteeing their correct functioning and compliance with applicable regulations.

Comply with technical-legal regulations and established safety standards.

Control energy consumption and properly manage work materials and tools.
-
Coordinate with other departments to respond to the hotel's needs and attend to incidents that may affect customers.

Participate in emergency response as a member of the fire brigade.
