Product Owner / Business Analyst - Metrica España

Métrica España is pleased to announce the search for an experienced and proactive Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a professional with a solid track record and a deep understanding of digital product development, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

As Product Owner for our Conversational Squad, you will be a key piece in the definition, development, and delivery of innovative solutions that will transform our customers' experience and optimize our internal operations. Your role will be fundamental in guiding the team toward the achievement of strategic objectives, ensuring that our conversational solutions are at the forefront of technology and meet business needs.

• Manage and prioritize the backlog of the conversational solutions team.
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional requirements.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Product, AI, Technology teams, and different countries to ensure alignment and correct execution of initiatives.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as refinements, sprint planning, and demos.
• Monitor the progress of deliveries, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Ensure functional consistency and integration between the different solutions:
• Chat / Chatbot
• Voicebot
• Copilots (AI-based assistants)
• Speech Analytics
• Support testing activities and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) validation.
• Maintain functional traceability and updated documentation.
• Collaborate in the monitoring of KPIs and in continuous product improvement.

Modality: hybrid work, as we value the resource being able to visit the offices occasionally, even if it is just on an ad hoc basis, while the majority of the work is remote.
