The role

A leading company in the meat sector with international presence is looking to hire a Financial and Business Planning Analyst to work directly under the Corporate team. This role has a forward-looking vision to predictively analyze which actions, strategies, and investments will help the company achieve its goals across the board in the future.

What you'll do

You will have a role with a forward-looking vision to predictively analyze which actions, strategies, and investments will help the company achieve its objectives in the future, through the following functions:

Analysis of financial results to identify successes and deviations.
Support to Senior Management in making decisions about the company's future.
Collecting and consolidating historical data to forecast trends and results, monitoring business performance, and collaborating with stakeholders in business planning.
Participating in the management of company transformation, by monitoring and coordinating all projects and initiatives.
Close collaboration with IT systems and corporate business controllers.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

At least 8 years of experience in financial analysis, business models, and data tools.
Understanding the market, competition, and the company's long-term objectives.
Proficiency in interpreting financial metrics and performance reports.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and Business Intelligence, based on SAP ERP or similar systems.
Negotiation skills, critical thinking, and long-term perspective, along with effective communication.
