Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge in financial analysis and budget control.
Fluent use of IT tools and financial software.
Analytical, autonomous profile oriented towards process improvement.
Good communication skills and transversal interaction with different departments.
Proactive, resourceful person with initiative, comfortable working in a growing environment with processes still to be developed.

What you'll get

Permanent contract.
Annual remuneration according to professional experience: 30,000 - 40,000 gross euros per year
Professional growth opportunity.
Schedule Mon to Thu 8:00/8:30 to 17:00/18:00. Fri from 8:00 to 14:00. On-site position.
Intensive working hours in summer.

The role

We are looking for a Project Controller oriented towards the financial supervision and analysis of the company's projects. The hiring of this person responds to the need to centralize project information, improve data quality, and convert it into useful information for decision-making.

What you'll do

The selected profile will be responsible for:

Economic and budgetary control of projects.
Analysis of costs, margins, and deviations against budget.
Preparation of monthly reporting on project evolution and profitability.
Review of allocations and internal control of costs, hours, and resources.
Management and optimization of the ERP, ensuring correct data quality.
Coordination with different departments to collect and analyze information.
Support in accounting closures, invoicing, and cash flow forecasting.
Improvement and automation of control and reporting processes.
