This role will work closely with the Senior CRM Marketing Product Specialist, CRM Lifecycle team, Regional CRM teams, and technology partners to translate business needs into product enhancements that drive business value and improve customer experience. As CRM Marketing Product Specialist, you will help bridge CRM Marketing needs and technical delivery, supporting the execution of the CRM Marketing roadmap across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Customer Connect. The role will contribute to the development and optimisation of CRM Marketing products, campaigns, segmentation, and personalisation capabilities, while supporting key product processes including backlog management, testing, defect resolution, and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

CRM Marketing Product Vision and Strategy

  • Support the Senior CRM Marketing Product Specialist in shaping the CRM Marketing product vision, goals, and long-term roadmap.
  • Ensure product development supports lifecycle journeys, segmentation frameworks, triggered messaging, and personalisation needs.
  • Translate CRM Marketing requirements into clear epics, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build an understanding of CRM product capabilities, constraints, and best practices to support business teams.

Backlog Management and Delivery

  • Support product backlog management and refinement, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and prioritised.
  • Collaborate with marketing, regional CRM teams, technology, and data teams to translate business needs into actionable stories.
  • Support sprint planning, development follow-ups, release readiness, and delivery coordination.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key point of contact between CRM Marketing teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution discussions, and functional validation.
  • Provide regular updates on development progress, releases, and defect resolution.

Quality, Testing, and Support

  • Coordinate CRM Marketing defect intake, tracking, and escalation.
  • Conduct functional testing and validate new features against business requirements.
  • Support post go-live activities, including hypercare, troubleshooting, and adoption monitoring.

Documentation and Knowledge

  • Maintain product documentation, release notes, and process guidelines.
  • Support knowledge sharing, training, and guidance on CRM product functionality and best practices.

Key Skills and Compentencies

  • Experience in CRM Marketing, CRM Product, or Marketing Automation roles.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good understanding of CRM platforms and processes, ideally with exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Familiarity with CRM product development, including gathering business requirements, supporting enhancements, and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks and using tools such as JIRA to manage tickets and track development progress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and markets.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on testing, quality assurance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
