Chief Financial Officer (Consumer Goods Industrial Company)

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer with a strong business orientation, focused on the P&L/profitability and cash management/optimization, capable of transforming the financial area into a true strategic partner of General Management. A person with an industrial mindset, experience in multi-company groups and investor management, and experience in corporate transactions, able to professionalize processes and lead high-performance teams with a clear focus on results and value creation.

Lead the Group's financial and economic planning, ensuring profitability, financial sustainability, and achievement of business objectives. Responsible for implementing methodologies and processes that improve financial efficiency and maximize business value.

• Lead the group's financial and budgetary planning.
• Ensure compliance with EBITDA, profitability, and cash generation targets.
• Analyze and optimize the operating accounts of the Group and its various businesses.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Develop financial reporting systems oriented toward decision-making.

Management control and profitability

• Implement a management culture based on economic and financial indicators.
• Design and implement management dashboards and reporting for senior management and operational areas.
• Analyze budget variances and propose action plans.
• Oversee industrial, logistics, labor, and general costs.
• Lead projects to improve profitability and optimize resources.

Financial transformation and excellence

• Professionalize and standardize financial and administrative processes.
• Implement work methodologies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Digitize and promote the automation of financial tasks.

• Ensure the quality and reliability of financial information.

Treasury and financing management

• Design and oversee the Group's treasury strategy in coordination with the Treasury Manager.
• Manage cash flow and working capital requirements in coordination with the Treasury Manager.
• Prepare information and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and advisors in the context of monitoring the Group's business performance.

Shareholder and investor management

• Active involvement in liaising with current shareholders (majority and minority) and potential investors and their advisors.
• Prepare economic and financial information for Boards of Directors and Management Committees.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making by the Board of Directors and shareholders.

Corporate and tax management

• Coordinate the financial management of the various companies within the group (5-10 companies).
• Oversee accounting closings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external auditors and advisors (tax and other).
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations and corporate regulations.
• Actively participate in corporate transactions and restructuring.

Public grants and incentives

• Identify opportunities for grants, public aid, and tax incentives.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and monitoring of applications.
• Coordinate the economic and documentary justification of subsidized projects.
• Maximize the return on public financing programs for industrial investments and growth projects.

Team leadership and development

• Lead and develop the financial, administrative, and management control team.
• Instill a culture of responsibility, rigor, excellence, and results orientation.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and development plans for the team.
• Act as a leadership reference within the organization.

• MBA or postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance valued.
• Advanced training in Management Control, Corporate Finance, or Financial Transformation highly valued.

Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in financial positions with increasing responsibility.
• Consolidated experience as CFO, Chief Financial Officer, or Management Control Director.
• Experience in industrial companies within the food or consumer goods sector.
• Experience managing business groups with multiple companies.
• Experience working with shareholders, family businesses, and investors.
• Experience in banking relationships.
• Experience in growth, transformation, and corporate professionalization processes.
• Experience in corporate transactions (M&A) and due diligence highly valued.
