Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, we offer 28 vacation days and 5 free afternoons to enjoy during the summer.

At Preventium, we are looking for a Zone Director in Madrid, with strategic vision, leadership capacity, and customer orientation to drive the growth and operational excellence of our Occupational Risk Prevention services nationwide. This is a key position that combines team management, relationship management with major accounts, and business development.

Your mission as Zone Director will be to lead the execution, evolution, and growth of Preventium's services throughout the national territory, guaranteeing an excellent experience for our clients, the development of teams, and the profitability of the operation. What will you do in your day-to-day?

Lead and support geographically distributed teams, driving their development and alignment with the operating model.

Manage strategic clients on a national scale, acting as a high-level interlocutor.

Identify growth opportunities and participate in the definition of technical solutions and proposals.

Coordinate the implementation of new services together with the recruitment, coordination, management, and commercial areas.

Guarantee the quality, digitalization, and continuous improvement of the services.

Participate in monitoring committees, executive presentations, and service reviews with clients.

Collaborate in the evolution of products and services together with specialized areas.

Monitor economic indicators, profitability, invoicing, and gross margin.

Lead, evaluate, and develop the talent of the teams under your responsibility.
