The role

We are looking for a Residential Building Site Manager to lead the execution of a development of more than 80 homes in Valladolid. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating the daily production of the site, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and execution objectives.

What you'll do

Organization and daily monitoring of works on site.
Coordination of subcontractors, industrial contractors, and in-house staff.
Supervision of the correct execution of structure, masonry, installations, and finishes.

Performing setting out and interpreting blueprints.
Management of production incidents and proposal of solutions.
Coordination with Site Management to meet milestones and deadlines.
Supervision of quality, safety, and health on site.
Control of material resources and auxiliary means.
Leadership of production teams in large-volume residential projects.
