The role

You will join a strong international investor group that leads the promotion, financing, and long-term operation of corporate real estate assets. You will identify investment opportunities, coordinate land reserves (finalist or under development), and originate large-scale turnkey projects for major corporations. Advanced English is required.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Expansion Management team, you will be responsible for leading business growth and prospecting independently in the Levante region (based in Valencia). Your main objective will be to identify investment opportunities and negotiate land for large-scale projects.

Main responsibilities:

Search and acquisition of finalist land or land under urban management suitable for logistics developments and industrial parks.
Identify and develop turnkey projects tailored to the needs of major corporations and sector operators.
Analyze the technical, financial, and urban feasibility of the transactions identified, coordinating the due diligence phases.
Negotiate and close contracts for purchase, purchase options, or development agreements with landowners and local authorities.
Oversee the initial project phase together with the associated Project Manager.
Represent the company in the market, strengthening the network of contacts and generating new growth channels.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

University degree.
Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, with experience in transactions for industrial and/or logistics clients.
Demonstrable experience in real estate development, land acquisition, expansion, investment, or related areas.
Solid knowledge of urban planning and the ability to assess the feasibility of real estate transactions.
Proven track record in generating and closing business opportunities.
Strong commercial orientation, analytical skills, and strategic vision.
Ability to build trusting relationships with high-level stakeholders.
Autonomy, initiative, and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
Advanced professional English.
