- Opportunities for professional growth and career development within an expanding company.
- High-impact and high-visibility project, as part of a fast-growing real estate manager that is consolidating its presence in Spain and Europe.
The role

What you'll do

- Minimum required network: must provide an active and qualified network of at least 50 valid interlocutors among Family Offices, Private Banking, and HNWIs (real and worked contacts, not just a list of names).

- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential investors.
- Manage the legal and regulatory compliance aspects associated with investor onboarding, including KYC/AML procedures and subscription documentation.
The position requires a solid network of contacts, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the growth of the company's investor base in Spain.
Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?
- More than 5 years of proven experience in generating investor relationships and capital raising, preferably in the real estate sector or private markets (private debt or private equity).
- A real and demonstrable network of contacts among Spanish family offices, high-net-worth individuals, private banks, and/or institutional investors.
- A track record of capital raising exceeding €40M annually (you will be asked to provide demonstrable data on how much, in which funding round, and the investor profile you have dealt with).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Spanish and English (very high level).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment.
