The role

Do you have experience carrying out mechanical installation projects? If you are motivated to be part of a highly innovative engineering company, I am looking for a Head of Mechanical Installations Department in Valencia. Will you join the team?

What you'll do

You will be the Head of Mechanical Installations Department to manage and coordinate installation projects within the technical department.

The selected person will perform the following functions:

Lead and coordinate a powerful team of project engineers.
Develop and coordinate HVAC, Domestic Hot Water, Plumbing, Sanitation, and Fire Protection installation projects.
Supervise site execution in the mechanical and Fire Protection scopes, providing support in faculty management and technical assistance.
Coordination of projects regarding time planning and team organization.
Supervise projects regarding technical matters, ensuring their correct execution and quality.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Essential:

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Technical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of previous experience in project drafting as a Project Engineer in the mechanical field, with the ability to participate in the design, calculation, and development of integral mechanical installation projects for the building sector.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience in managing software for project development.
Driving license required.
Availability to work in Valencia.

Valuable:

Experience in site supervision.
BIM experience and training.
Experience in team management and coordination.
