The role

The selected person will be responsible for the comprehensive management of works as SITE MANAGER IN THE VALENCIA AREA. They will coordinate all phases of the project from start to final delivery. They will be responsible for guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety.

Experience as a Site Manager in retail, civil, or industrial projects.

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of retail sites nationwide.
Planning and coordination of construction works.
Control of deadlines, costs, and execution quality.
Supervision of in-house teams and subcontracted companies.
Technical monitoring in accordance with plans and specifications.
Liaison with Project Management, the client, and other involved parties.
Economic control of the site: measurements, certifications, and deviations.
Guaranteeing compliance with OHS and safety regulations.
Reporting project progress to the Construction Management.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar.
Previous experience as a Site Manager in RETAIL, CIVIL, AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION projects for at least 5 years.
Availability for national travel.
Solid knowledge of construction execution, planning, and economic control.
Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Self-sufficient, results-oriented profile with strong problem-solving skills.
Residence in Valencia or surrounding areas.
Proficiency in programs such as Autocad and Presto.
Proficiency in English will be valued.
