The role

We are looking for a Rolling Shift Supervisor to lead and supervise production operations in a steel-metal sector company. The main objective will be to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during the rolling process.

What you'll do

Supervise rolling operations during the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with production objectives.
Coordinate and manage the plant work team to optimize resources and guarantee productivity.
Supervise compliance with safety and quality regulations in all shift operations.
Resolve incidents and technical problems that may arise during the rolling process.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
Control and report the performance indicators of the assigned shift.
Propose improvements in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Train and develop the team to ensure a high level of competence.
