The role

Leading industrial construction company seeks to incorporate a profile for the role of Production Manager.

What you'll do

The main responsibilities of the successful candidate will be:

Plan and coordinate execution works on site alongside the Site Manager.
Supervise field personnel and oversee daily production.
Manage material resources and human resources, ensuring their proper use.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Control costs, deadlines, and performance of on-site activities.
Prepare progress reports and production reports for the management team.
Participate in technical and follow-up meetings with clients and design professionals.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The person hired must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture or similar.
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil works and/or building construction.
Knowledge of work planning (MS Project, Primavera or others).
Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations on site.
