Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 8 years of experience in mobile application development.
At least 3 years leading technical teams, architecture initiatives, or mobile engineering.
Demonstrable experience leading Android and iOS teams simultaneously.
Experience defining mobile architectures in complex production environments.
Experience in the development and maintenance of native Android and iOS mobile applications.
Experience designing SDKs or reusable components.
Experience implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Experience performing code reviews and ensuring technical quality.
Solid knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Clean Architecture, and MVVM.
Solid knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, XCTest, and modular architectures.
Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Mobile CI/CD, Release Management, and Quality Gates.
Knowledge and experience in modular architectures, scalability, observability, and mobile optimization.
Ability to interact with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent technical leadership, communication, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
High level of autonomy, orientation toward quality, and continuous improvement.

The role

We are looking for a Mobile Engineering Lead to lead the technical strategy, architecture, and evolution of a high-criticality ecosystem of native Android and iOS mobile applications. You will be the main technical reference for the client, driving innovation, software quality, DevOps practices, and the coordination of multiple development teams.

Participate in challenging projects with cutting-edge technologies.
You will have autonomy to propose solutions and lead technically.

What you'll do

Define, evolve, and govern the global architecture of the mobile applications.
Technically lead the Android and iOS teams.
Establish development, quality, and best practice standards.
Design the technological evolution strategy for the service.
Manage technical debt and lead modernization initiatives.
Supervise code reviews and guarantee the technical quality of deliveries.
Define and monitor performance, stability, and quality metrics.
Guarantee compliance with Quality Gates and Security Gates.
Participate in estimations, impact analysis, and the definition of technical solutions.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Lead in technical risk management.
Act as the main technical interlocutor for the client.
Lead technical onboarding processes and knowledge transfer.
Supervise the technical documentation of the service.
Drive initiatives in automation, observability, DevOps, and innovation.
Identify opportunities for the application of AI technologies in the software development and maintenance cycle.
