The role

We are looking for a Secretary to perform key functions within the Professional Services sector in Madrid. This role requires attention to detail and organizational skills to support the team efficiently.

What you'll do

Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and events.
Handle phone calls and manage correspondence.
Prepare necessary documents, presentations, and reports.
Perform general day-to-day administrative tasks.

Oversee and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Organize travel and team movements.
