The role

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience or strong interest in the electricity distribution business, to lead the definition and evolution of products and services associated with the distribution network. The role will have a clear focus on service optimization, network digitalization, and collaboration with marketing.

What you'll do

Define and manage the product strategy for solutions and services related to electricity distribution (connections, supply points, metering, supply quality, new network services, etc.).
Analyze customer needs, system stakeholders, and internal teams to identify improvement opportunities and new services.
Design and prioritize the product roadmap, aligned with investment, digitalization, and regulatory plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: networks, operations, IT, regulation, customer service, and commercial areas.
Translate regulatory and operational requirements into clear, measurable product features.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from definition through implementation and operational monitoring.
Define and monitor product KPIs: supply quality, service times, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate in preparing documentation for regulatory bodies and audits, as applicable.
Drive innovation and digitalization initiatives (smart grids, smart meters, process automation, new service models).

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Requirements

University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Energy), Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role, with experience in electricity distribution, utilities, or infrastructure highly valued.
Interest in professional development within the marketing area.
Experience working with multiple internal areas and managing stakeholders.
Analytical skills and a focus on business and operational metrics.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management.
Advanced level of English (valued).
