We are looking for someone with experience building products or solving complex problems from start to finish, who combines logical thinking, autonomy, and execution capability.

What you'll do

Think (within the defined strategy): understand what the business and the user need, and translate it into concrete solutions.
Develop: build features, integrations, and fix bugs using AI (Cursor, Claude Code, and similar) with technical criteria.
Execute: turn priorities into real, working product, without needing someone to tell you each step.
Measure and iterate: verify that what is launched actually works, pay attention to detail, and improve on what has been launched.
Close to support: be in direct contact with customer support to detect problems, understand real customer cases, and translate them into product improvements.
