We are looking to bring on a Payroll and Labor Relations Manager to lead the Foundation's labor management and coordinate a team of people.

What you'll do

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the Payroll and Labor team.
  • Manage and oversee hiring, payroll, final settlements, compensation, variables, incentives, and labor documentation.
  • Resolve queries about collective bargaining agreements, contracts, payroll, and labor regulations.
  • Monitor HR indicators such as hires, terminations, absenteeism, and placements.
  • Manage Occupational Risk Prevention and Health Surveillance.
  • Follow up on Equality Plans and pay audits.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Advise the team and ensure compliance with current labor regulations.
