The role

The position of Purchasing Manager in the FMCG sector requires experience in purchasing management, supplier negotiation, and process optimization. Experience in purchasing food products is highly valued.

Company in the FMCG sector, in the Vallès Oriental area.
They are looking for a purchasing manager with experience in the food industry.

What you'll do

Manage and optimize the purchasing process to ensure product availability.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
Conduct market analysis to identify new supply opportunities.
Supervise and coordinate the purchasing team to achieve established goals.
Manage the budget of the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
Establish solid relationships with strategic suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve the supply chain.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University education in areas such as Administration or similar.
Previous experience in the FMCG sector or in purchasing and supply chain departments.
Strong skills in supplier negotiation and management.
Ability to work in a team and lead a work group.
Proficiency in office tools and management systems.
High level of English, both spoken and written.
