The role

We are looking for a maintenance team manager for the Transport sector in Algeciras. The main objective is to guarantee quality in the Engineering and Manufacturing processes within the organization.

What you'll do

Define the maintenance strategy for the equipment.
Guarantee the availability and reliability of assets.
Lead teams of technicians and supervisors.
Manage budgets and external contracts.
Analyze breakdowns and reliability improvements.
Ensure compliance with KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, cost).
Ensure HSSE safety and compliance.
Coordinate shutdowns, inspections, and major repairs.
