The selected candidate will play a key role in improving internal processes, coordinating teams, and developing logistics suppliers in Supply Chain and Customer Service.

As Transport Manager, you will carry out the following functions:

• Manage and develop the network of transport partners, ensuring the capacity needed to meet the distribution requirements of a wide variety of products.
• Lead the negotiation of rates, contracts, and agreements with logistics operators, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Monitor transport KPIs, productivity, and service levels, driving improvement initiatives and operational performance.
• Coordinate daily transport planning to ensure efficient distribution and compliance with commitments.
• Lead multidisciplinary traffic and logistics planning teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results orientation.
• Drive process standardization and best practices across the different operating centers.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and commercial areas to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Manage operational incidents, identifying root causes and defining corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure efficient management of logistics flows, helping to maintain high service levels throughout the entire distribution chain.
• Lead transformation and improvement projects focused on logistics efficiency, operational excellence, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with transport, safety, and occupational risk prevention policies.
• Support the professional development of teams through training plans, coaching, and internal growth.

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Additional training in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain will be highly valued.
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in positions of responsibility within the transport or logistics area.
• Solid knowledge of national transport management, route planning, and supplier negotiation.
• Experience managing operational teams.
• Analytical skills and orientation toward continuous improvement through indicators and KPIs.
• Strong command of Office tools and logistics management systems.
• Profile with leadership skills, communication abilities, and customer orientation.
