The role

Tax Advisor to lead the department at a specialized tax firm in Bilbao

Tax Advisor with at least 10 years of experience in a firm (m/f)
Leading firm in tax advisory in Bilbao

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the operations of the tax department, ensuring compliance with current regulations
Design tax strategies that optimize processes and contribute to tax savings
Advise clients on tax planning and specific consultations
Prepare and file tax returns
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive view of tax needs
Manage and develop a team of professionals, fostering their growth and continuous training
Represent the firm before tax inspections and audits
Stay updated on legislative changes and their impact on the department's activities

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
At least 10 years of experience in a law firm
Ability to lead teams, technical rigor, and continuous tax updates
A high level of English is valued
Sales skills
Desire for long-term commitment and dedication to the project
Ability to bring a client portfolio is valued
