What you'll do

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Aligning demand, supply, production, and financial plans locally, as part of the Holding's process.

- Leading the monthly S&OP cycle in accordance with Holding guidelines.

- Organizing and leading cross-functional meetings to agree on a consensus plan (sales, production, finance, etc.).

- Identifying risks and discrepancies between demand and supply plans and proposals, and developing scenario plans.

- Calculating a mathematical demand forecast and comparing it with business projections.

- Analyzing historical sales trends and generating forecasts using statistical methods (seasonality, growth, smoothing).

- Translating the demand forecast into a production and supply plan, considering technological constraints and inventory targets.

- Managing inventory and optimizing stock levels.

- Monitoring KPIs: FA, OTIF, CSL, and days of supply by segment.

- Analyzing variances between actuals and plans and developing corrective actions.

- Implementing process optimization, automation, and digitalization projects.

- Interacting with local sales, production, logistics, and finance teams.

The candidate:

- University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or technical sciences (cybernetics, applied mathematics, or modeling will be valued).

- An MBA or additional certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF) will be valued.

- More than 5 years of experience in supply planning, S&OP, or IBP.

- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, the food industry, and retail.

- Experience in business process design in an international environment (will be valued).

- Experience coordinating teams and managing stakeholders.

- Advanced MS Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, pivot tables).

- Expert user of Power BI (ability to create reports will be an additional advantage).
