The role

What you'll do

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Aligning demand, supply, production, and financial plans locally, as part of the Holding's process.

- Leading the monthly S&OP cycle in accordance with Holding guidelines.

- Organizing and leading cross-functional meetings to agree on a consensus plan (sales, production, finance, etc.).

- Identifying risks and discrepancies between demand and supply plans and proposals, and developing scenario plans.

- Calculating a mathematical demand forecast and comparing it with business projections.

- Analyzing historical sales trends and generating forecasts using statistical methods (seasonality, growth, smoothing).

- Translating the demand forecast into a production and supply plan, considering technological constraints and inventory targets.

- Managing inventory and optimizing stock levels.

- Monitoring KPIs: FA, OTIF, CSL, and days of supply by segment.

- Analyzing variances between actuals and plans and developing corrective actions.

- Implementing process optimization, automation, and digitalization projects.

- Interacting with local sales, production, logistics, and finance teams.

- Implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), standards, and unified planning processes.

- Participating in global Holding meetings.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The candidate:

- Higher education in supply chain, logistics, economics, business administration, or technical sciences (cybernetics, applied mathematics, and modeling will be valued).

- An MBA or additional certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF) will be positively valued.

- More than 5 years of experience in supply planning, S&OP, or IBP.

- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, the food industry, and retail.

- Experience in business process design in an international environment (will be valued).

- Experience in team coordination and stakeholder management.

- Advanced level of MS Excel (VBA, Power Query, pivot tables).

- Expert user of Power BI (the ability to create reports will be an additional advantage).

- Knowledge of scenario modeling principles.

- C1 English is essential, the manager does not speak Spanish.

- Flexible start and finish times between 8:00 and 9:00.

- 1 day of remote work/week.

- Offices located in the South zone of Madrid.
