Senior AR / Treasury / Credit Manager

Due to a temporary lack of people in the Finance Department to face a reorganization plan, we are looking for a solid AR Manager who will be focus on managing treasury and client-related financial tasks. A background in accounting and finance and 8-10 years of experience in AR, Credit Management, Cash Collection and Treasury. SAP and English are highly valuable. Interim Management role that can turn into permanent eventually.

• Accounts receivable management and collections follow-up.
• Credit control, customer exposure monitoring, and overdue management.
• Coordination with credit insurance companies (Atradius or similar).
• Treasury management, daily cash position monitoring, and payment planning.
• Management and follow-up of factoring and confirming facilities, including coordination with banking partners.
• Preparation of weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning.
• Preparation of financial, treasury and AR reporting.
• Development and maintenance of the Finance dashboard / KPI reporting (DSO, aging, overdue balances, collections, customer exposure, cash forecast, etc.).
• Intercompany balances reconciliation and follow-up.
• Support in month-end closing and audit requirements related to AR and Treasury.
• Support in internal and external audit requests.
• Continuous improvement of controls and finance processes.
• Close interaction with Sales and Operations teams to ensure proper risk management and cash collection.

• Temporary role (12 months) with high probability for engagement.
• 8-10 years of experience leading an AR Department.
