The role

As a Telephony and Cisco Meraki Technician, you will work for a company located in the northern area of Madrid.

End-client company

What you'll do

Support for the corporate telephony infrastructure.
Management, configuration, and monitoring of networks based on Cisco Meraki technology.
Resolution of communications, connectivity, and telephony incidents.
Support and maintenance of switches, WiFi access points, and network devices.
Basic administration of security policies, VLANs, VPNs, and network segmentation.
Proactive monitoring of network performance and incident analysis.
Coordination with technology providers and telecommunications operators.
Documentation of procedures, configurations, and changes in the infrastructure.
Participation in improvement projects and the deployment of new communications solutions.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Intermediate or Higher Degree in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, Network Computer Systems Administration (ASIR), Telecommunications, or similar.
We value Cisco certifications or specific training in networks and communications.
Between one and three years of experience in network and communications support.
Practical experience in the administration of Cisco Meraki environments.
Knowledge of IP telephony and unified communications.
Experience in resolving network infrastructure incidents
Cisco Meraki Dashboard.
Switching and Wireless.
VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
IP telephony and voice protocols.
Monitoring and ticketing tools.
Windows operating systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments.
