The role

We are looking for a Food R&D Technician for a company located in the outskirts of Calahorra. The main objective will be to develop new products and improve existing ones in the engineering and manufacturing area.

What you'll do

Development and formulation of new products.
Design, planning, and execution of industrial trials.
Optimization of recipes, production processes, and technical specifications.
Search and evaluation of new raw materials, ingredients, and suppliers.
Collaboration with different departments to guarantee the technical and productive viability of developments.
Monitoring of trends and innovations in the food sector.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Biology, Veterinary Medicine, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in R&D positions within the food sector.
Knowledge of industrial processes and food technology.
High level of English, both oral and written.
Autonomous and proactive profile with the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
Communication skills and the ability to relate effectively with different areas of the organization.
