The role

A leading industrial company in the packaging sector is looking for a Junior Production Technician to develop as a specialist in industrial processes and machinery supervision. A long-term career project with continuous training and real opportunities for professional growth.

What you'll do

Your main functions as a Junior Production Technician will be:

Supervising the proper operation of machinery and production equipment.
Monitoring production processes, guaranteeing quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Detecting technical incidents and collaborating on their resolution.
Participating in process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
Analyzing performance and improvement opportunities in the plant.
Working alongside production and maintenance teams to guarantee operational continuity.
Progressively developing coordination and team management capabilities.
