Bar Manager

At Intelier Hotels & Suites we continue to grow and will soon launch a new tourist apartment project in Benicàssim, a completely renovated establishment that joins our accommodation offering in one of the most prominent tourist destinations on the Mediterranean coast. For this opening, we are looking to hire a Bar Manager who wants to be part of this new and exciting project, leading the implementation of service operations and contributing to defining a differential experience for our guests.

As the person responsible for the bar area and in coordination with the establishment's Management and the F&B area, you will be in charge of designing, developing, and supervising the beverage offering, guaranteeing a memorable experience for our guests. Your main functions will include: Designing and developing the establishment's beverage offering, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, specialty coffees, wines, and other references. Preparing food costs, controlling costs, and defining sales strategies oriented towards service profitability. Training and supporting teams in service techniques, perfect serve, and customer service. Supervising the waiter team, ensuring the correct service of all points of sale and services. Preparing and supervising the preparation of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails. Guaranteeing a correct mise en place, including pre-batching, syrups, cordials, garnish, glassware, and product. Ensuring the quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages served. Offering personalized advice to guests and managing incidents or complaints when necessary. Guaranteeing compliance with service, hygiene, and food safety standards. Managing inventories, waste control, procurement, and product rotation. Driving the sale of premium references and differential experiences, contributing to the positioning of the establishment.
