Do you have experience in recruitment and the Human Resources field? At Randstad, we are looking for people like you

What you'll do

Job descriptions, posting vacancies, CV screening, telephone interviews, scheduling interviews, closing processes, maintaining the candidate database, and responding to applications.
Sending offers to hired candidates, document management for registration and contracting.
Support in the coordination of training activities, communication, scheduling, and follow-up.
Monitoring and control of Social Security movements, filing and control of addenda, monitoring contract expiration dates, monitoring and control of medical leaves, clock-in incidents, absenteeism, and personnel document management for temporary agencies.

-Preparation of reports

Monitoring and control of Indicators
Preparation and Implementation of procedures, protocols, and policies.
Representation of the company at job fairs.

How you'll work

Full-time: From 8:00 to 17:00 with flexibility in start and end times.
