The role

What you'll do

-Management and leadership: manage the sales team, leading them to achieve the set objectives

-Administrative management of the point of sale, schedules, objectives, KPIs, documentation.

-Training: responsible for the correct training and evaluation of their team.

-Visual: Maintain the brand image, taking care of the store's aesthetics; you will carry out the indicated changes in visual merchandising, window displays, and signage. You will guarantee the cleanliness of the store.

-Stock: Merchandise movements, handling of delivery notes, placement and maintenance of the warehouse. Responsible for their stock.
