At OCA Global, we are looking to hire an Administrative Sales Intern in our Bilbao office. Your mission will be a key piece in ensuring our technical machinery does not stop, directly supporting service scheduling and order management.

• 📅 Inspection Planning and Scheduling You will learn to coordinate our technical team's agendas, assigning routes and services to ensure that each inspection is carried out in the time and manner agreed upon with the client.

• 🛒 Integral Order Management You will provide support in opening, recording, and tracking orders in our system (ERP), ensuring that all administrative information is aligned with technical and commercial needs.

• 📞 Commercial Contact and Operational Coordination You will collaborate in communication with clients and technicians to confirm appointments, resolve logistical doubts, and ensure that the workflow is agile and uninterrupted.
