Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in labor consultancy, advisory, or an HR department

  • Real experience managing payroll from start to finish: payroll, Social Security, Forms 111/190

  • Proficiency with registrations and cancellations in the TGSS and procedures before the SEPE, INSS, and other agencies

  • Handling of HR/payroll software (A3, Nominasol, Sage, or similar) - you know what works and what is frustrating

  • Proficiency in English - the team is international

  • Organized and mindful of deadlines - nothing escapes you

  • Good communication: clients feel they are in good hands with you, even when things get complicated

  • You see inefficiencies and do something about them

Nice to have

✨ Additionally, we value...

  • Experience in SaaS or services with a technological component

  • Having managed several clients at once (multi-client consultancy environment)

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Competitive compensation: €25,000 - €35,000 gross annual

  • Daily lunch covered by the company on office days, thanks to Kombo & Nota

  • Flexible benefits with Coverflex

  • Unlimited vacation days

The role

This is a client-oriented operational role within our CS Ops team. You will manage a client portfolio from end to end: the monthly payroll cycle, tax and Social Security filings, staff changes... and you will be the go-to person they trust to make everything work. You will also play a key internal role: pointing out what fails, what slows down processes, and what clients truly need from the product.

What you'll do

  • Manage the day-to-day for clients: payroll, contracts, staff changes, and ongoing support

  • Prepare, review, and present monthly payrolls and all tax filings (Forms 111, 190, etc.), with the corresponding reconciliation with Social Security

  • Be the owner of critical deadlines - monthly closings, tax filings, Social Security contributions, employee communications - and anticipate any risks

  • Detect bottlenecks in the payroll process and implement improvements (checklists, automated validations, more agile approval flows) to gain speed, accuracy, and profitability

  • Be the internal voice of the client: gather feedback and needs to help prioritize product improvements and new labor and tax service lines
