What we're looking for

✅ What do you need to join the team?

Minimum Higher Degree training in Administration and Finance or similar. University training related to the financial area will be positively valued.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in accounts payable accounting and management.
Advanced level of English.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience in ERP management, with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA being especially valued.
Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and organizational and planning skills.
Ability to identify and resolve incidents, manage discrepancies, and work in a coordinated manner with different departments.
Proactivity and interest in the continuous improvement of processes.

🔍 What are we looking for?

We are looking to incorporate into our #OKTeam, at our corporate headquarters in Palma de Mallorca, an Accounts Payable Technician to be part of the finance area.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for managing and controlling accounts payable, ensuring the correct recording of supplier invoices, the reconciliation of balances, and the monitoring of payments, contributing to the smooth running of the company's accounting processes.

💼 What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Recording and accounting of supplier invoices, ensuring their correct accounting allocation.
Monitoring and reconciliation of accounts payable.
Management of incidents and resolution of discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments.
Control and monitoring of payments to suppliers.
Participation in monthly accounting closings.
Collaboration in initiatives for the improvement and automation of financial processes.
Ensuring compliance with established internal procedures and controls.
