Test Engineer

• Education: Industrial Engineering in Electronics or similar.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude: If you enjoy learning new things and working in a team, here you will do so every day surrounded by experienced professionals.

• English intermediate.

• Advanced knowledge of the following is required

  • Altium.

  • C++ and C#.

  • Python.

• Driver's license and own vehicle.

• Availability to travel: You will undertake short trips.

At Ormazabal Protection & Automation S.L.U., one of the divisions of Ormazabal, we offer an excellent professional opportunity as a Testing Technician, both due to the content and functions of the position, and due to the image and reputation of this Ormazabal division in its sector of activity. The division has established itself as a key unit within the Ormazabal structure, oriented towards the development of solutions for smart grids.

The position will be developed at the Ormazabal Digital Hub (ODH), an emblem of Ormazabal, located in building 614 of the Zamudio Technology Park. This modern Ormazabal headquarters has been designed to house the most innovative teams and cutting-edge technologies, including very complete laboratory equipment, offering a unique working environment that combines state-of-the-art facilities with a strategic location in the heart of a leading business ecosystem.

• You will perform tests and reports associated with EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and Climatic laboratories.

• You will manage prototypes and tooling.

• You will collaborate on R&D projects regarding the definition of tooling.

• You will collaborate with the maintenance team regarding laboratory equipment and facilities.

• You will plan the weekly, monthly, and quarterly workload.

In addition to this:

• You will support the documentation of the PGE and the technical dossier.

• You will upload reports to the technology portal.

• You will support the performance of external type tests.
