Incident Management Technician (SAP/Salesforce)

Your work will be essential to drive the continuous improvement of our processes by managing non-conformities and incidents and providing solutions that boost our customers' confidence. When communicating a non-conformity to the assembly department, the following process must be followed:

1st Creation in SALESFORCE of the case with all possible incident data, which has been sent from the assembly department.

2nd If the automatic material replacement order is not created, an order must be opened in SAP, which can be used from the warehouse stock, or requested through REPCON.

3rd Review the delivery times of all open orders, monitoring compliance with the deadline, informing the assembly department, and performing inventory management in case the material is ultimately taken from stock (transferring the materials from the non-conformity order to the stock order or vice versa).

4th Ensure that orders placed directly in SALESFORCE are not duplicated with those opened by sales representatives for the same case.
