What we're looking for

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in commercial functions, business development, account management, or similar.
Commercial experience in an industrial environment.
High English level: minimum B2, with C1-C2 being very positively valued.
Availability to travel internationally (between 40-50% of the annual working year).
Proactive, autonomous profile with a clear customer orientation.
Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Interest in consultative and technical sales.

Nice to have

Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Experience in renewables, electric mobility, power electronics, energy conversion, or related sectors.
Experience in technical or consultative sales.
Experience in opening international markets.

The role

From P&PD engineering, part of the ATS Global group, we are selecting a Key Account Manager to work for one of our clients, a company dedicated to energy conversion systems located in Lasarte-Oria, Guipúzcoa.

The selected person will join the client company's staff directly and will assume international commercial functions in the electric mobility business area.

What you'll do

Market opening in the assigned countries.
Management and development of key customer accounts.
Commercial prospecting and detection of new business opportunities.
Participation in the company's commercial strategy.
Preparation of the administrative and commercial parts of tenders.
Negotiation and follow-up of commercial proposals.
Participation in trade fairs, sector events, and international meetings.
Registration and follow-up of commercial activity in the CRM.
Coordination with technical teams to respond to customer needs.

How you'll work

The selected person will have to travel internationally, approximately between 40% and 50% of the time. The most common stays are half a week or a full working week, from Monday to Friday.
