Education & certifications

We are currently looking for Teleoperators/Teleoperatoras to join a large-scale project with REPSOL, a leading and benchmark company in the national energy sector. The position is based at our facilities in Granada. 

What you'll do

  • Job duties: Making outbound calls to offer electricity and gas products, along with personalized customer service. Don't worry about sales experience; if you have the attitude and willingness, we will take care of training you. 

How you'll work

  • Working days from Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (30 hours per week).
  • Location: Centro Industrial La Ermita, Atarfe. We have a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, directly connected to Granada city center and the metropolitan area via lines 122 and 124. Total convenience for your daily commute! 

Hybrid model

  • Once you master the role, a hybrid model will be activated, allowing you to work remotely for up to 30% of your time.
